At The Rated Wine Company we want you to enjoy your wines and hopefully keep coming back for more... oh... and to tell all of your friends about us too!

We only sell wines that we love and drink ourselves and also that have been rated as amazing by other wine drinkers, but everyone has their own tastes and preferences!  So... if you’re not happy with a wine you order from us and it’s been less than 3 months since delivery, let us know.
We really do want you to enjoy the wines you buy. In fact, we guarantee it!

Sending Bottles Back...

DPD are a fussy bunch and they will only transport our wine in the clever packaging that we delivered it to you in. If you need to return bottles to us, please make sure that you use the three bottle dividers that the wine came in and seal the box up tight.

In most cases we'll organise a DPD collection from you.

Oh nooo it's broken!

This is just the worst... so what happens if your wine has been broken?!
DPD are instructed to return Breakages to our warehouse and not to leave a broken package with you but they don't always do this... those pesky delivery guys?

In the event that you do receive a broken package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery using our Contact Form. We'll be in touch quickly and organise a replacement ASAP.


If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch.  You will be reimbursed once we receive your wine and within 30 days.

We may charge for collection of your wine.
Returned wine must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).


Once wine has been returned to us we'll check it and refund you. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
